Leadership Development

Objective:  Stimulate growth for the chapter and for individuals by encouraging members to become involved and mentor them to become leaders.

Responsibilities:  Actively promote learning and mentoring opportunities for individuals who have potential to be chapter leaders to learn and build their leadership skills.
