Job Title – Collections Director.
· Description – HCA, Medicare Service Center. HCA's Medicare Service Center, located in Hendersonville, TN, is currently searching for an experienced leader to serve as the Director of Collections.
This individual will be responsible for the daily operations of all Medicare Collections functions, as well as, serve as a key promoter to monitor insurance receivables and ensure the net revenue and cost budget goals are met while directing a team of 50 or more.
Qualified candidates will have a strong background in healthcare collections, multi-hospital experience is highly preferred, as well as experience with managing large monthly volumes in excess of 75,000 claims and $500 million in net revenue. Bachelor's degree in business or related field and Artiva systems knowledge are preferred.
