The Tennessee Chapter Healthcare Financial Management Association (TCHFMA) is recognized as the
predominant organization to meet the educational and professional development needs of the Tennessee men and women
with careers in financial area relating to the healthcare industry. This includes, but is not limited to,
Administrators, Chief Financial Officers, Reimbursement Specialists, Managed Care Professionals, Patient Financial
Services Professionals, Public Accountants, Information systems Professionals, and a myriad of professionals in
related organizations.
The Chapter sponsors various education opportunities each year. Three meetings are held statewide, with two of these
spanning multiple days. There are also a number of meetings held regionally. While most of our attendees are members
of our organization, we do have a significant number of non-members who rely on our organization for education. We
presently have a membership over 1000.
